Teradek offers a 30-day return policy for hardware in new condition to ensure you have the right wireless video solution for your production needs. All returns must be authorized via an RMA number to ensure efficient processing and testing at our service center.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team or log into your account to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all antennas, cables, and power adapters to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before dropping it off at an authorized carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
